Area Dining

Hello everyone,

This is my first post to the forum. You do a great job keeping all interested members up to date on the latest new, weather and lake cam video.

I have a question. My brother and I will be visiting next week from 7/27-7/30 and are looking for great dining. I am familiar with Johnson's and Sandy Point and am wondering what other establishments you all would recommend.

I am also interested in going out towards the coast of Maine and would like some recommendations out there as well.

Thanks in advance and I hope to meet up with some members during our stay.

Robert, you might want to try Garwoods. They consistently have good food, its down on the water on Winnipesaukee in Wolfeboro. (About a 20-25 minute drive from the Merrymeeting Lake marina). There are a handful of other restaurants in the Wolfeboro area as well, but I haven't been to any in a couple years so I can't speak to them.
